Workgroups
The work of the NPABC is done within the seven workgroups described below. The following is a list of workgroups and their corresponding roles and chairperson(s). If you would like to join a workgroup, please contact the corresponding chairperson(s). Each active workgroup has its own web page, except the Birding Trail Workgroup which has its own site. To view the workgroup webpage/website, click the name of the workgroup. Minutes of workgroup meetings are available on most workgroup web pages. Current and planned workgroup tasks are outlined in the Annual Plan of Operations (APO), starting on page 3. The APO addresses 20 issues that the NPABC plans to address in the next year. Some Issues are workgroup specific, while others will require cooperation among two or more workgroups. A list of Issues a workgroup is involved with is listed on each workgroup web page. The Birding Trails Workgroup is involved primarily with Issue 20, but also plays a role in symposium planning (Issue 5). To view the APO, click the button below.
