You can find a list of  proposed fishing regulation changes for 2011-2012 at http://outdoornebraska.ne.gov/Fishing/reg_changes.asp .  Comments are due by July 19, 2010.  Final regulation proposals for 2011-2012 will go before the board of commissioners at the October 2010 commission meeting.
