The least tern (or two terns actually) has been affectionately named Truman. Currently, Truman is incubating three eggs. These eggs will hatch in about two weeks, when the world will welcome Winkin, Blinkin, and Nod.
The Nebraska Natural Legacy Project, Tern and Plover Conservation Partnership, Nebraska Game and Parks Commission, U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service and the University of Nebraska at Lincoln cooperated to install this remote camera system designed by FiveNines Technology Group from Lincoln.
