Keystone Oil Delivery Begins

Crude oil has started flowing through the new Keystone Pipeline that passes through Nebraska.  TransCanada Corp. said commercial delivery of crude oil to markets at Wood River and Patoka, Ill., began Wednesday from the $12 billion pipeline.
