The Crane Trust in Wood River (formerly the Platte River Whooping Crane Habitat Maintenance Trust) has released findings from an 11-year study indicating that the timing and distribution of the sandhill crane migration along the central Platte River is complex.  Read the full article about crane migration dynamics from the Omaha World-Herald.
